Huan Chen is a student seeking his master’s degree in Engineering at Zhejiang University. His research focuses on the in situ deep sea instruments especially gas-tight sampling devices. He helped to develop a serial gas-tight sampler for Yellowstone Lake hydrothermal fluids, which was successfully deployed multiple times in August 2016.
